This loft in Soho has undergone a transformative renovation, completely opening up the space and removing the mezzanine floor to allow for flexible use. The design for this project was done in 2022, and the renovation was completed in 2023. Notably, the bathroom received special attention during the renovation. It was enlarged, creating a more spacious and comfortable environment. Stone was chosen as the exclusive material for the bathroom finishes. In addition to the bathroom, the renovation project encompassed the demolition of the existing ceiling. This step paved the way for installing an acoustic ceiling that showcases the original wood beams of the landmarked Soho building. The exposed wooden beams, along with the traditional cast iron facade, contribute to the distinctive charm of the space and pay homage to its architectural heritage.
